In AI Desire System, job-hunting Polina Volkova hears a beep and a voice: "System activated. User Polina." It offers her ten thousand dollars, three months' salary, for a sexual dare against a running clock, and each task after that pays cash and leaves her at the mercy of other men. This 16+ drama opens at home, with Polina's sister and the sister's boyfriend together in the house. Then the beep comes. Polina asks who is speaking and wonders what kind of idiot is pranking her.
The first task is a sexual dare carried out in secret while the couple is nearby, and the clock is already running. Polina weighs the reward:

She wonders whether this is "that neighbor's trick again," a suspicion the series never follows up.
The neighbor is Mr. Collins, a single architect and the only other resident on her floor. Polina tells him her door lock is broken and asks to borrow his phone to report it (episode 9). He says they need to "improve" their relationship before he fixes the lock (episode 10), and in episode 12 the system marks that task a success too.
The property manager's bargain
In episode 12 the system, now addressing Polina as "Observer," orders her to let the property manager discover her with Collins and join them, for $15,000. Even Polina asks it to be a bit more serious. David Harris from property management arrives about a complaint of a water leak, and the door is left unlocked for him.
Harris turns the situation into leverage. In episode 14 he tells Polina she no longer has to pay rent, as long as she has sex with him every day. That is a property manager demanding sex as the price of her housing, and the series moves on without comment.
For the last task (episodes 15–17), Polina leads Harris into the apartment hallway herself to complete it. There she cries "Don't!" and Harris warns her to keep her voice down so she won't disturb the neighbors. He keeps going after she says no.
