1. Eligibility

3. Virtual coins and purchases

• Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to access digital content within the Service. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the mobile apps, coins and premium features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing, subject to those stores' terms. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as required by law or store policy.
• Coins purchased do not expire while your account remains active.
• Prices and offers may change. We may modify or discontinue content and features.

4. AI-generated content

Content on Solona (films and images) is AI-generated for entertainment and does not depict real persons. It should not be relied upon as factual. You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that impersonates a real person or violates others' rights.

5. User content and community rules

The Service lets you post comments. You are solely responsible for content you post. You agree NOT to post content that is:

• illegal, harmful, or that endangers minors;
• sexually explicit, obscene, harassing, hateful, or defamatory;
• spam, scams, or misleading information;
• infringing on intellectual property or others' rights.

6. Moderation, reporting and blocking

You can report objectionable comments and block other users from within the app. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; circumvent security, payment, or access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding your user content) are owned by Solona or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain rights to content you post but grant us a license to host and display it within the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legal/operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory local law of your residence applies.
