Solona may offer digital Coins, subscriptions, or other digital products and services.

Online payments are handled by an authorised third-party payment provider. The provider, the payment options and the applicable terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Solona does not receive or store your full payment card details.

The payment provider identified during checkout may act as the merchant of record or payment provider for the transaction and may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and other payment-related services according to its own terms.

### Coins

Coins are virtual credits that may be used to unlock eligible episodes or other digital content within Solona.

The number of Coins required to unlock particular content may vary and will be displayed within the Service.

### Subscriptions

Solona may offer recurring subscription plans. Available benefits, prices, billing periods, and other conditions are displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a recurring subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, while access normally continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, subscription benefits may be suspended or terminated.

Prices, plans, benefits, and promotional offers may change from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before a change to a recurring subscription price takes effect.

Purchases made through third-party platforms or app stores may also be subject to the billing, cancellation, and refund rules of those platforms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

• Coins are not cryptocurrency.
• Coins are not legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, or an investment product.
• Coins have no cash value outside the Service.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• Coins may not be sold or transferred between users unless Solona expressly provides such a feature.
• Purchased Coins are added to your account after successful payment confirmation.
• Promotional or bonus Coins may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when they are awarded.

4. Entertainment content

Solona provides short-form entertainment, including vertical short films and short dramas.

Stories, characters, dialogue, and events presented as fictional entertainment should not be treated as factual reporting or professional advice.

Some content may involve the use of artificial intelligence or other digital production tools. The use of such tools may vary between titles and does not mean that every title available on Solona is AI-generated.

5. User content and community rules

The Service may allow users to submit comments or other content.

You are responsible for content that you submit through the Service.

You must not submit content that:

• violates applicable law;
• exploits, harms, or endangers minors;
• is unlawfully threatening, harassing, hateful, or defamatory;
• contains unlawful sexually explicit material;
• promotes scams, fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• contains malicious software or attempts to interfere with the Service.

6. Moderation, reporting and blocking

Solona may provide tools for reporting content or users and for blocking other users.

We may also warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

• bypass or attempt to bypass content access or payment controls;
• access another user's account without authorization;
• use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial portions of the Service without permission;
• reproduce or redistribute protected content without authorization;
• reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property and content rights

The Solona name, branding, logo, website design, software, interface, and other Solona-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Films, episodes, artwork, subtitles, audio, and other content available through the Service may be owned by Solona or by third-party rights holders.

Content is made available on Solona only where Solona has the rights, licence, permission, or other lawful basis required to make that content available through the Service.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and stream content through the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, or commercially exploit protected content except where expressly authorized by Solona, the applicable rights holder, or applicable law.

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Solona. By submitting content, you grant Solona a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.

9. Copyright complaints

We may remove or restrict access to material where appropriate and may take action against accounts responsible for repeated infringement.

• your name and contact information;
• an explanation of your relationship to the relevant rights;
• any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

10. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account through the account deletion options provided by Solona.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, protection of users or rights holders, or serious misuse of the Service.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Availability of the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features, titles, episodes, pricing, and availability may change over time. Content may also become unavailable because of licensing, legal, technical, or operational reasons.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices.

When we make material changes, we will update the date shown on this page and provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
