1. Joining the Program

• You need a Solona account in good standing with a verified email address. One partner account per person.
• We may review, approve, pause or decline any application or partner account.
• Your partner link contains your partner code (for example solona.tv/?ref=yourname). You may share it on your own channels, as long as you follow these Terms and the rules of the platform you post on.

2. How a customer is linked to you

• A person is linked to you when, after opening your link, they sign in to Solona or create an account successfully. If they are already signed in when they open your link, they are linked at that moment. Visitors who never sign in are not linked to anyone.
• The link lasts 1 month from that moment (the "window"), unless we have agreed a longer window with you; your window is shown in your partner dashboard.
• During the window, every purchase the customer makes counts for you, however many purchases they make, including VIP plans, renewals and coin packs.
• While a customer is inside another partner's window, opening your link does not change anything: the first partner keeps the customer until that window ends.
• When your window ends, the customer is no longer linked to you. Purchases after that, including subscription renewals, do not earn you commission. Opening your link again does not start a new window for you; only a different partner can link that customer again. Customers whose window has ended are no longer shown in your dashboard.
• Purchases made by your own account, or before the customer was linked to you, never earn commission.

3. Commission

• Commission is a percentage of the net amount we actually receive for a purchase: the price paid, minus the fees of our third-party payment provider and all taxes. The current percentages are shown on the Program page and in your dashboard, and may differ for VIP plans and coin packs.
• The third-party payment provider may confirm the final net amount a little after the purchase. Until then your dashboard shows an estimated amount, marked as estimated. When the final amount is confirmed, any difference is adjusted automatically, in a later cycle if the original cycle has already closed.
• Commission is calculated in US dollars. Rates may change; a change applies to purchases made after it.

4. Monthly cycle and payment

• Earnings close on the 1st day of each month. Commission from purchases made before the 1st belongs to that cycle and is paid by the 15th of the same month. Purchases made from the 1st onwards belong to the next cycle.
• To be paid, request a payout from your dashboard. The minimum payout is shown in your dashboard (currently US$50); smaller balances roll over to the next cycle.
• Payouts are sent to the PayPal account or USDT (TRC20) wallet saved in your dashboard. Any payout fee shown in your dashboard is deducted from the payout. You are responsible for entering correct details; a payment sent to the details you provided is final.
• For security, payout requests are paused for a short period after you change your payout details.
• We may delay a cycle's commission for a specific purchase while we confirm its final net amount with the third-party payment provider; it is then included in a following cycle.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

• If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back before its commission is paid, that commission is removed, even if the cycle has already closed. Your dashboard shows the deduction.
• If it happens after the commission was paid, the same amount is deducted from your next payouts.

6. What is not allowed

• Spam, unsolicited messages, misleading claims or fake reviews.
• Buying through your own link, using second accounts, paying people to sign up or buy, or any other self-referral.
• Fake or automated accounts, sign-ups or clicks, cookie stuffing, or hiding or forcing your link.
• Paid search ads or domain names that use the Solona name or brand, or pretending to be Solona.
• Sharing titles marked 18+ where the platform you post on does not allow adult content, or with anyone under 18.
• Anything unlawful, or anything that breaks the Solona Terms of Use.

7. Fraud, suspension and termination

• We monitor the Program for fraud. If we reasonably believe you broke Section 6 or acted fraudulently, we may suspend or permanently ban your partner account without notice.
• If your partner account is banned, all commission that has not yet been paid is forfeited and will not be paid, any open payout request is cancelled, and every customer linked to you is released immediately. Customers who came through your link are not affected and keep using Solona normally.
• You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us. Earned commission that meets the minimum payout is paid in the normal cycle, unless your account was banned.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on the commission you receive, if any, in the country where you live. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, and changes apply from the date they are published. If you keep sharing your link after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. General

• You are an independent partner; nothing in the Program makes you our employee, agent or representative.
• Our records of links, purchases, refunds and commission are used to calculate what you are owed. If you believe something is wrong, contact us within 60 days of the cycle concerned.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the unpaid commission you have validly earned.
